Cinnabon’s Franchise

Jana Restaurant Management Company that has won Cinnabon’s Franchise

Jana Restaurant Management Company was established in 2003 and joined Tantash Group. The company specializes in a wide spectrum of issues revolving around food and beverage.

The internationally known company Cinnabon chose to award the franchise in Jordan to Jana in appreciation of Jana’s commitment to high quality methods of work, which matches the highest international standards and specifications in addition to its solid financial background.

So far, Jana Restaurant Management has opened two restaurants that serve different types of food that have proven to be so popular and considered a tradition in many occasions. The company intends to open three additional restaurants in Jordan by the end of 2004.

Cinnabon serves a delicious range of sweets and drinks, in addition to its main specialty “the Cinnamon cake” such as Pecanbons and Mochalatta, soft drinks, and other types.

As part of its future plans, Tantash Group seeks to add other well-known brand names to its specialty menus in order to give its customers a chance to taste the best food, sweets and drinks in the world.

 

Blue Fig Company

The investment in this field represents yet another investment portfolio in which the Group has taken interest and added to its many successful investments. The group acquired a suitable share of this restaurant and coffee shop called the Blue Fig.

The Blue Fig represents a new phenomenon in the entertainment industry serving international food and beverages from a variety of cultures presented in a friendly, warm and exclusive surrounding.

Blue Fig’s management vision is summarized in the their wish to establish a network of restaurants and coffee shops that would provide unique and special services. The Blue Fig is an investment in a field that would serve a larger number of clients inspired by the ICT revolution which created a world that loves to mingle and blend with other cultures and peoples; an ever changing and open world venturing into the 21st century.

The restaurant’s management places great importance on serving various tastes of local, Arab, and international coffee; therefore, it sought to spread a number of coffee kiosks at several commercial centers and airports allowing customers to drink their favorite type of coffee.

Tantash Group looks upon Blue Fig as a cash generating investment. It is also regarded as a good place to train staff in the field of restaurant services and create job opportunities that would support local and international tourism. It is expected to revive the tourism movement and attract more investment.
