IMCAN Financial Services Company is considered to be one of the important subsidiaries of Tantash Group. Right from the early days of its establishment in 2003, the company ascended along the scale of success with fast and confident steps. The company was able to hold a leading position at Amman’s Financial Market only one year later. Since the beginning of the year 2004 till present, the market share of the company has grown to reach 4.3% achieving an exchange volume that reached JD 150 million. It was also able to win the confidence of more than 500 permanent clients from institutions, companies and individuals.

As explained by the chairman of its board of directors Ahmad Tantash, IMCAN adopted from the beginning of its activities the basic principle of abiding by the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and respected the codes of this profession. It was committed to the professional standards as well as the transparency of the transactions and procedures.

IMCAN is based on three major principles that would ensure the building of a modern company capable of growing and developing; and capable of providing unique financial and consulting services to clients:

1. Attract qualified staff with experience and creativity who will become the main pillar of the company.

2. Utilize effectively the latest information and telecommunications technology, modern and state of the art equipment to serve the goals and objectives of the company.

3. Maintain a high priority for good customer service based on the solid belief that good service would be the core of its success.

The company’s branch at Amman’s Financial Market is in charge of serving investors there. It has two main tasks:

1. Perform and complete the dealings and exchange of shares and bonds at Amman Financial Market on behalf of its clients; providing them with the technical means and the fully equipped halls that enable them to remain abreast with the latest status of the market every second. The branch also provides consultations and sound advice based on prepared studies, active monitoring of the markets and recording all the developments in the stock market.

2. Carry out studies, prepare financial and economic reports regarding the market’s direction in the several investment sectors. This is intended to enable clients to study very carefully the investment and financial status and help them make sound decisions.

The company seeks to expand its services in a stable and planned manner to include the Arab and regional countries, so as to transfer it from the local scope to a more regional and Arab one.
