TIS is considered to be the first subsidiary of Tantash Group. It was established by Mr Ahmad Tantash in 1993 and later became one of the biggest providers of IT solutions in Jordan. It is one of the pioneering companies in this dynamic sector, which has become an important pillar of the global economy that led to the emergence of the concepts of digital and knowledge economics.

The company played a pioneering role in establishing the Information Technology Association called Int@j. TIS responded to the leadership’s vision and the national goal to make Jordan a hub of expertise and knowledge in the field of IT.

The company serves more than 400 clients and institutions by providing them with the latest smart and innovative IT solutions. TIS pays particular attention to the after-sale customer care by providing clients with continuous technical support and maintaining bridges of trust with them.

The company’s staff includes a large number of engineers, technicians, programmers and other highly qualified specialists in the field of developing systems applications.

TIS was able to establish a network of strategic partnerships with international companies working in this field such as Microsoft, Sybase, Brio Technologies, and many others.

As for the future plans and development, Tantash Group’s management took a unique initiative last May to hold an away-day meeting attended by all staff working in the company to discuss a new working strategy which aims at renewing the company’s image and restructuring it.
